LTE Group's estates strategy will support economic growth and benefit local businesses and employers.
Our innovative learning facilities will prepare students for work in state-of-the-art environments and ensure they have the ability to learn in a more flexible manner, combining classroom seminars with on-site industry experience and home study, ultimately enabling them to have a more rounded learning experience.
Continuing to design and deliver The Manchester College and UCEN Manchester programmes in partnership with the region’s employers – with real hands-on work experience, as well as wider employability skills including teamwork and problem-solving – means our students will leave us with the right skillset for a successful career.
The introduction of Technical Level qualifications (T Levels) at the College in September 2021 further supports this. Christine Kenyon, Deputy Principal at The Manchester College, said:
"Building relationships with employers is vital to the success of our students. We have in excess of 1000 employers working with over 5000 students providing a differentiated approach to employability.
Many of our students leave work placements and go on to work full-time with our employer links."
