Find out more at www.mollearn.com MOL works in partnership with leading companies designing training solutions to meet their needs including bespoke graduate, in-house training and at times, working in collaboration with partner organisation, Total People, who can support clients with apprenticeship programmes if required.  MOL employs tutors who are expert practitioners in their fields. Tutors offer learners online and telephone support and encouragement, in addition to the main training schedule.

A good start would be an even more proactive approach to supporting young women’s aspirations. In my leadership area, apprenticeships, we still see too few females in key sectors such as engineering; and the UK still underperforms on females in key science and engineering areas compared to the rest of Europe.  

Our sector has gone through unprecedented change during the past few years – from curriculum focus changing to improving English and maths, the upturn in professional and technical courses and qualifications, the increase in apprenticeship numbers to achieve the Government’s three million target, and of course, the ever-changing political landscape. This makes my role, and that of my colleagues, much more challenging.
