LTE Group pay tribute to former Chair Cllr Sue Murphy CBE - The Deputy Leader of Manchester City Council had been Group Chair for the past 12 years. Cllr Sue Murphy CBE was appointed as the first Chair of LTE Group (formerly The Manchester College) following the merger of MANCAT and City College Manchester in 2008.
