Our family consists of The Manchester College, Novus, Total People and MOL.  2018 To give greater focus to our higher education offer we create UCEN Manchester, a dedicated higher education institution which offers practical degree-level courses that will lead straight to a career. 2020 LTE Group invests £95M in creating a City Campus Manchester, a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Manchester.

Usually, the Group would be preparing to take part in the Manchester Pride Parade alongside colleagues from The Manchester College, UCEN Manchester, Novus, MOL and Total People.  In previous years, colleagues and students have helped  plan, organise and decorate the parade . Though that’s not possible this year, the Group will be reflecting on why Pride is so important and looking back at previous years’ celebrations. 

From learners who progress from further education at The Manchester College to higher education at UCEN Manchester, from Total People and MOL working together to provide holistic training strategies for employers, the synergies that come from being part of LTE enable more and better opportunities for all. 

Winning the Gold awards is recognition of the skill and dedication of colleagues across LTE Group who worked collaboratively to deliver truly impactful and innovative campaigns with our learners at the heart of each.
