Large employers can gift unspent levy to help SME growth
Total People has launched a life-changing £1m in 100 days campaign during National Apprenticeship Week (3-9 February).
As one of the North West’s largest providers of apprenticeships and training, the LTE Group business aims to see £1million of levy funds gifted in just 100 days, allowing SMEs to upskill their staff through apprenticeships.
Levy paying employers can visit a dedicated web page and simply fill out the application form. Smaller and medium enterprises looking to access funding to upskill employees can add their details onto a dedicated web page.

Levy paying employers are those with a wage bill of over £3m and see 0.5 per cent of their payroll go to HMRC towards the levy. In April 2019, the Government made it possible for levy paying employers to ‘gift’ up to 25 per cent of their apprenticeship levy to other organisations to fund apprenticeships.
