The team won the highest possible accolades, a Gold Award, for two unique campaigns involving two LTE Group businesses – apprenticeship provider Total People and The Manchester College.  Taking the first Gold of the evening in the Partnership and Collaboration category was the Total People  National Apprenticeship Week  #50in5 and #100in10 campaign, which saw over 150 apprenticeships created in just 10 days.

Budget 2016

I hope many of them will take the opportunity to spend the released funds on valuable investments to their workforce, such as training programmes, Apprenticeships and recruitment.  In spite of little detail offered in the budget, I’m hopeful that the introduction of the Apprenticeship levy and 10% top-up for employers will lead to greater availability and take-up of training through Apprenticeship programmes.
