External Audit Services
PWC have been the group’s auditors since 2017 – they provide audited accounts for the group to underpin our financial performance and reporting for statutory purposes.
Internal Audit Services
RSM provide internal audit and advisory services for the Group. Under the overall direction of the Risk and Audit Committee they conduct internal audits to provide assurance that key organisational risks are being managed and provide advisory support across a range of issues.
Recruitment Partner
Reed have been working with the Group since 2015, and recently were re-awarded the contract to be our primary recruitment partner. The services provided are extensive covering recruitment across the UK using a tiered and account managed model, giving the group access to general and specialist recruitment expertise.
Media Buying Partner
Running Total Media are the group’s media marketing partners, appointed in 2019. The provide professional media acquisition and reporting services to enable the group’s customer-facing businesses to efficiently compete for traffic, profile and lead generation in multiple markets.
Higher Education Partners
UCEN Manchester is our primary higher education business area. |we work with three university partners and one of the largest awarding bodies in the UK to deliver over 100 programmes - including HNC / HND, Foundation Degrees in Arts and Science, and Bachelor of Arts and Science honours degrees.
