City College Manchester begins providing quality education and training at HMP Manchester.   2001 Apprenticeship provider Total People is founded. Initially working in Cheshire, it soon begins offering apprenticeships and work-based learning across the Northwest.   2015 To give a renewed focus to apprenticeships independent training provider Total People is acquired by The Manchester College.
